Dr Anna Gear graduated from Australian National University in 2008, and completed her GP training through the Victorian Metropolitan Alliance in Melbourne. She has been a fellow of the RACGP since 2014.
She has been interested in backpacking since her time as a medical student, and as a consequence has a keen interest in travel medicine and HIV/tropical medicine. Since joining PSMC in 2018 she has been enjoying the challenge of geriatric medicine, particularly psychogeriatrics, and complex case management.
In her spare time she gardens, renovates her house, and is learning to crochet.
Consulting Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, plus alternate Friday mornings.
